With a combined 50 years experience between both Griff and Samantha, you can be sure that you are getting none other than the top training available. Our trainers have developed these programs in order to better your fitness, and keep it that way long term. We don’t believe in short term goals, we believe in long term changes. Backed by science and experience, our programs achieve results.
What you can expect
Samantha’s 20 years hands-on experience is backed by a degree in Sports Science and a Level 1 Certification in CrossFit. Samantha also has knowledge in Nutrition, is a Master Functional Trainer and has First Aid and CPR certification.
Samantha believes there is no better feeling than walking away from a session having done something you would not do by yourself. With a diverse skill set, clients will have the ability to work on core strength, HIIT training, endurance, fat loss, boxing and powerlifting.

Samantha promotes living a balanced lifestyle to her clients and is leading by example. Her interests include strength training, body sculpting, body transformation, coffee, nutella and burgers.

In his 53 years Griff has experienced it all – from rowing, water-skiing, cycling to hurdling, he has the life experience to know the right way from the wrong way. Griff’s strength lies in his ability to listen to individual clients and building a fitness plan suited to their lifestyle and budget.
With a focus on client education, Griff combines strength training with HIIT to encourage the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass, lose body fat and remain injury free. Client’s won’t ever become bored with access to group training sessions and functional workout regimes.

Griff has a keen interest in experience all that life has to offer. Throughout his 53 years he has taken part in Rugby, Farming, Stockbroking, Rowing, Barefooting, Cycling and much more. Along with his two daughters and pet dog Hugo, Griff has a passion for life and helping others achieve their goals.
