Samantha’s 20 years hands-on experience is backed by a degree in Sports Science and a Level 1 Certification in CrossFit. Samantha also has knowledge in Nutrition, is a Master Functional Trainer and has First Aid and CPR certification.
Samantha believes there is no better feeling than walking away from a session having done something you would not do by yourself. With a diverse skill set, clients will have the ability to work on core strength, HIIT training, endurance, fat loss, boxing and powerlifting.
