In his 53 years Griff has experienced it all – from rowing, water-skiing, cycling to hurdling, he has the life experience to know the right way from the wrong way. Griff’s strength lies in his ability to listen to individual clients and building a fitness plan suited to their lifestyle and budget.
With a focus on client education, Griff combines strength training with HIIT to encourage the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass, lose body fat and remain injury free. Client’s won’t ever become bored with access to group training sessions and functional workout regimes.

Griff has a keen interest in experience all that life has to offer. Throughout his 53 years he has taken part in Rugby, Farming, Stockbroking, Rowing, Barefooting, Cycling and much more. Along with his two daughters and pet dog Hugo, Griff has a passion for life and helping others achieve their goals.
