Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. (13g) vanilla protein powder (plant-based or whey)
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 75ml filtered water
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Pinch of stevia

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour shake into a large glass.
  3. Serve.
