Chia Cinnamon Protein Shake
- 1 tbsp. (13g) vanilla protein powder (plant-based or whey)
- 1/2 cup (125ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 75ml filtered water
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch of stevia
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour shake into a large glass.
